Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day. During sales or peak seasons, processing may take a little longer — thank you for your patience.
Shipping Destinations
We currently ship within the United States. If you are located outside our shipping area, please contact us before ordering to check availability.
Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the shipping method you choose. Estimated delivery is typically 3–7 business days after dispatch, depending on your location and the carrier. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by factors beyond our control.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, we will send a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your package every step of the way. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update.
Shipping Delays
Occasionally delays can happen due to weather, carrier issues, high demand, or other circumstances outside our control. We will do our best to keep you informed if we become aware of a delay affecting your order.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
If your tracking shows delivered but you cannot find your package, please check with neighbors and your local carrier first. If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days with photos and we will help make it right.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice a mistake, contact us as soon as possible and we will try to update it before dispatch.
